The nationwide transport company, Uber Nige, Ebuka has reportedly carted away passenger's laptop computer as he never waited for the passenger to pack her things while highlighting from the Company's car.
The passenger tried calling his line bought all to no avail as the driver failed to pick up the call and his line was switched off minutes after his refusal to pick up the passenger's call.
The passenger immediately texted Uber but the transport company support replied that they could not locate the driver involved in such despicable act, leaving the passenger with no hope recovering his lost item.
The customer revealed that he has previously perceived the driver was shady before he highlighted from the Company's car.
The Uber car was a black Toyota Camry. The passenger revealed how disappointed she was with the Company's support as they failed to take responsibility for the ugly incident.
This cruel response from Uber Nigeria support has been heavily criticized as it does not go down well the general public.
If this dishonest act continues at Uber Nigeria, then its credibility is on line as people won't reply on the transport company.
The transport company is hereby advised to make sure loyal and honest driver partners work with them and the sheep in wolf's clothing partners.
