Buratai receives Collen Powell at Merit house in Maitama, Abuja.

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai, has received , at the Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, Collen Powell, a meritorious award  for winning war against insurgency and prudent management of scarce resources.

The event was reportedly organized by Northeast Star Magazine. His visit has been said to be a great upgrade on the Nigerian security.



Nigeria has been faced with ugly situation of insurgency and the heartless killings in the hands of Fulani herdsmen.

Moreover, several bombings, which have displaced people from their abode to live uncomfortably.

Recently, over 140 soldiers were wasted in the course of serving their fatherland.



The security of the nation seems so porous and unshielded as panic is over the places in the north and few places in South West.
