Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Odunayo Akeredolu, popularly known as Aketi, has reportedly donated buses for the Buhari/Osinbajo reelection campaigns ahead of the February 2019 general election.
Ondo State being one the All Progressive Congress, APC States, it has deemed it fit as one of its obligations to give to their Political party for the success of the upcoming general elections.
These buses were painted the combination of the Party colours with the pictures of the Presidency and his Deputy all the buses.
Governor Akeredolu was present at the occasion to donate the buses for the preparation of the party for next level as tagged as the party's 2019 mantra and logo.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has implored voters who are yet to get their Permanent Voter's cards to come and get theirs before next year general elections.
Akeredolu has come under strong criticism of the members of the public for donating the buses. He was criticized of not accepting the minimum wage for the workers of the state.
They also said that there are some hospitals in the state with no ambulances.
Akeredolu was also tagged "recurrent expenditure kind of governor", as capital expenditure is not his priority.
