Incessant killings of the students- Why Obafemi Awolowo Student's Union Government suspension should be lifted.

The Student's Union Government has been the body elected by student to make sure the right person emerges in one port folio or the other.

They are the eyes to the blind, the mouth to the dumb, ear to the deaf, leg to the lame. They are the Representatives of the entire students of an institution.

And they are also the mediators between the school management and the students. The Student's Union Government cannot be underestimated or downgraded as they are always strong if they are united in achieving a goal.

From the times past, the Obafemi Awolowo University Student's Union Government has been an enforcer and a goal getter in terms of achieving what they want from the school management.

They are united in spirit, strong in their belief, capable in strength and a quintessential aluta.

They fight against any harsh policy being passed from the school management to the students, if seen as being detrimental academically, welfare wise, socially to mention a few.

They are set of no nonsense and determined personalities with the exhibition of high level of dogmatism.

Following some terrifying and catastrophic events erupting from the soil of Ile Ife in Osun State, the killings, extortions, rapes, brouhaha, as a result of security guards left unguarded on the part of the management of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Osun State.

The hostel policy passed across to the students has been detrimental and would not have taken effect since the nascent unrest of the students began, if the Student's Union Government is not under the suspension of any kind.

They are always there to lessen and also negate the harshness of policy passed by the school management because they [SUG] are the bony framework of the students.

Without the Student's Union Government, the students tend to suffer unjustly in the hands of cruel school management.

We implore the School management, the Osun State government and the Alumni body see to lifting the suspension ban by reinstating Student's Representatives of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife.

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large. In due time, more reports will be brought to you following the unpleasant incident orchestrated by the heartless killers.
