English Premier league club, Southampton has confirmed that manager Mark Hughes has been reportedly sack after a poor stint at the club.
It is no news that manager Mark Hughes, his Assistant first team manager, Mark Bowen, and Assistant first team coach Eddie Niedwiecki have all left the club following Hughes' dismissal.
Southampton has only managed a win out fifteen games since the start of the 2018/2019 Premier league campaign.
The Saints have managed six draws, and eight loses. The only win so far was away to Crystal Palace on September 1, 2018.
The club Official website said "We would like to express our thanks to Mark and his staff for all if their efforts during their time at St Mary's.
"The search for a new manager to take the club forward is already underway."
Their latest early win against United during the weekend would have been a second win but they blown away the opportunity to retain the lead as sloppy United came from behind to warn a point following Lukaku and Herrera's equalizers.
As a result of the club's poor run of games in the Premier league which has seen them wallowing inside the relegation water, the board of the club have reportedly held a meeting which has led to Hughes' dismissal.
First Team Assistant coach, Kelvin Davis, has been chosen to lead the saints to the Wembley Stadium as they trade tackles with the wounded lions, Tottenham Hotspur [who were massacred by Arsenal 4-2 during the London derby] on December 5, 2018.
