President Buhari has received delegations from the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute, USA, to assess Nigeria preelection preparations.

Buhari said "It was an opportunity for me to again assure that I will ensure a level playing field for all the contestants in 2019.

"I told them that having run for President thrice times, ending up at the supreme court all the three times, before God and technology, -PVCs and card readers - made a way for me in the fourth time, I know what it is to be cheated at the polls.

"What the incumbents used to do at that time was just to award votes, and then tell anyone who was dissatisfied to go to court. But we won't do that. I am prepared to give the opposition the opportunities I was not given in the past "

Buhari has been told not to be ungrateful to Former President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, who launched the platform of a level playing ground.

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large.
