Abuja Police has detained a political activist, Adedeji Adeyanju, again.
It was recently reported that Adedeji was once apprehended by the police for disturbing the peace of the nation.
Prior to his first apprehension, Adedeji went around Abuja to protest against the forthcoming general elections come February 2019.
The Political activist was arrested after 3pm on Thursday. The police is allegedly demanding to establish the conclusion of a murder trial involving Adedeji between 2005 & 2009.
This arrest has been predicted to be politically orchestrated by the ruling party, the All Progressive Congress, APC, as the political activist, Adedeji, is suspected to be a Peoples Democratic Party member.
These people! If he was in APC or Pro-Buhari he would have been ordained St. Deji. It's now they remember murder case. Talk of olodo and korofo Govt and Police in transmission confusion of apprehension, sorry...— Gabriel Michael (@Gabriel54032459) December 14, 2018
Justice and fairness are kidnapped in Nigeria.
This is unfortunate. Why do we allow our security agencies to be reduced to tools in the hands of politicians. Policing is a noble job— YEMI OGUNDEIN (@yemiogundein) December 14, 2018
