It is over for dogmatic Mourinho and United, as manager sees a shocking exit.

It is no more a breaking news that the manager with one of the strongest personality in the English Premier league has been reportedly showed the exit door of the Old Trafford Stadium, very early this morning.

It was reported that the Club Chairman, Ed Woodward, this morning, told manager, Jose Mourinho, that he has been relieved of his duties and has seized to become the United manager.

With no further ado, Mourinho has, immediately, gone through the exit door of the Old Trafford Stadium.

Mourinho has won the English Cup, Europa league, during his maiden season at the club. And during his second season was unable to contend with rival Manchester City as United sat second behind City with 19 points.

But this season has been a regrettable season in the history of the club as United had the fewest point since 1992/1993 and 2001/2002 respectively with United carting 26 points from 17 games this season.

José Mourinho's men carted the lowest points [29] in 17 matches in 2018/2019 season compared to his two predecessors, David Moyes, 2013/2014 [28] and Lious Van Gaal, 2015/2016 [29].

United under Mourinho are 11 points adrift of the top four spot, compared to Moyes' [6] points and Van Gaal's [0] point.

United are currently sitting in the six position, with 19 emphatic points behind leaders and rivals, Liverpool.

The Club's failure to strengthen the defence line has made the club concede 29 goals from 16 games this season, compared to conceding 28 goals in the whole of last season's 38 premier league games.

The Reds have not conceded as many goals in 17 games since 1962/1963 season.

Sunday's Liverpool win was the biggest win over United since 2011, and United under Moyes never lost so many games at this stage of the Premier league during his stint [2012/2013] at the club.

Liverpool dominated United last Sunday with whooping 36 shots on goal as United struggled against the electric pace of the Merseyside Reds.
