Campus Report: Soldiers rape AAUA student in Akoko North-East LGA of Ondo State.

Some soldiers have allegedly raped a female student (name withheld) of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko. The incident allegedly happened on Wednesday evening at the military checkpoint at Ikare Akoko in Akoko North - East Local Government Area of Ondo State. According to a source , the soldiers, who were attached to the Ikare Akoko checkpoint , allegedly raped the lady , a 300- level student at AAUA , while she was returning from the campus. The source , who identified one of the soldiers, alleged that the soldiers took turns to sexually assault the victim. He said one of the soldiers at the checkpoint allegedly ordered the victim to get down from a vehicle she and others were travelling in , and took her into a cubicle at the back of the checkpoint where the soldiers allegedly forcefully had sex with her. Ajegunle killing Update: Lagos State Commissioner of Police visits Adaobi family in Ajegunle.

The Commissioner of Police Lagos State Zubairu Muazu yesterday paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Adaobi Jessica Ojide. The Commissioner of Police assured the family that no Police officer who snuffs life out of innocent citizens of the country will be allowed to go unpunished. He said if such use to happen before, it will not happen again. According to the CP, the Police have finished their administrative trial of the suspect Police officers including Inspector Ojo who is said to be on the run, he has been tried, dismissed from the Police and declared wanted by Police authorities.  The CP further assured the bereaved family that the Police will support the family towards the burial of their late daughter. Npower reveals date for physical verification for N-build trainees

The Social and Investment Program orchestrated by the Federal Government of Nigeria, has released the date for the  N-Power Build Pre-selected trainees. The preselected trainees are to note that you are expected to proceed to the NOA offices at their various Local Government Areas on Monday, April 8th, 2019. This phase is the second to the last stage of absorption of  the preselected trainees. The Npower Build  trainees are expected to stay glued to the program's social media platforms in order to be kept abreast of any latest information.  

Police apprehends duo for Kolade Johnson shooting.

Two Federal Special Anti robbery Squad, FSAR,  Inspector  Ogunyemi Olalekan & Sergeant  Godwin Orji have both been arrested for Kolade Johnson shooting.  It was reported few days ago at Lagos State that a young man, Kolade Johnson, was shot dead by some miscreant and unknown SARS officers. Ondo State Update: Akeredolu Set To Rename OSUSTECH After Late Governor Agagu

Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu has disclosed that Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH) will be renamed after late Olusegun Agagu, former governor of the state.  Akeredolu disclosed this during a thank-you tour of Okitipupa Local Government Area of the state on Tuesday 19th March, 2019. He urged the two newly - elected House of Assembly members representing Okitipupa 1 & 2 constituencies to move the motion for renaming the university.  OSUSTECH was brought to the Okitipupa by the Agagu during his regime as the State Governor under the flagship of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. This motion has been moved to honor the good works of the late governor at Ondo South. We hope the change of name will not cause any brouhaha among the students of the institution.

Wife of the Presidency visits recuperating victims of Itafaji building collapse.

The Nigerian first lady, Aisha Buhari, has visited the survivors of the Itafaji building collapse at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, Lagos Island and Gbagada General Hospitals for their unrelenting efforts on the recuperating victims. Altruistic Lagosians have willingly gone to the hospitals where the victims are being admitted to donate blood for the resuscitation of Itafaji victims. Lagos State Governorship flag bearer, under the flagship of All Progressive Congress, APC, Babajide Sanwo-olu, has attended a morning mass after spending the new year eve with his family. Ahmadu Bello University speaks and advises following the death of her students through suicide.

The management of Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, has broken her silence and advised the young ones against suicidal attempt following the death of Aisha Omolola at her apartment in Samaru, Zaria. In retrospect to the saddening even witnessed, the management said "We all have two lives. The second life starts the moment we realize we have only one. A 300l of Ahmadu Bello University takes poison and leaves a note before her death, Twitter reacts. [see photos]

Aisha Omolola, a 300l student of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, has reportedly taken her own life today. She reportedly took poison "sniper" earlier today in her apartment in Samaru which immediately took her life. She left a letter attached to her body bidding a farewell to friends and loved ones. Aisha shared her ordeal on how her mum made life a hell for her and she  referred to her as a witch and trying to kill her. The brother of the deceased  was the responsible for taking care of her and her mum responsible for feeding money. The deceased, before her death, has reportedly renounced her faith in God, due to how cruel life was, to her. Despite Aisha's care for her mum, her  mum still saw as a problem. It got an extent when her brother stop taking care of her, because he already had his own family and the responsibility would be much with Aishas'. Uber losing its credibility as its driver carted away passenger's laptop and zooms off.

The nationwide transport company, Uber Nige, Ebuka has reportedly carted away passenger's laptop computer as he never waited for the passenger to pack her things while highlighting from the Company's car. The passenger tried calling his line bought all to no avail as the driver failed to pick up the call and his line was switched off minutes after his refusal to pick up the passenger's call. The passenger immediately texted Uber but the transport company support replied that they could not locate the driver involved in such despicable act, leaving the passenger with no hope recovering his lost item. The customer revealed that he has previously perceived the driver was shady before he highlighted from the Company's car. The Uber car was a black Toyota Camry.
