The Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, has been criticized by the general public on the lack of sympathy and gross hostility on the proper welfarism of the Nation's serving corpers  at different Registration Area Centers, RAC,  across Nigeria. It is so lugubrious to discover that the present serving corp members who are to oversee the affairs of each polling unit are sleeping in the dying cold, while some have nowhere to laid their heads.
