CAF stripes hosting of 2019 African Cup of Nations off Cameroon.

The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has reportedly announced that Cameroon has been stripped of hosting the 2019 African Cup of Nations.

CAF official statement on Cameroon being stripped as his of AFCON 2019 said "Having heard from the representatives of governmental and sports authorities of Cameroon, CAF noted the gap between the requirements of hosting the African Cup of Nations and realities on the ground.

CAF statement continued "After hearing the conclusion of the CAF Security Inspection Team during their most recent visit to Cameroon, CAF concludes that the AFCON could not be exposed to any issues that could impact on the success of the most prestigious African Competition."

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large.
