Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and Ondo State governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, have appealed to the people of Ifon and Elegbeka in Ose Local government to troop out enmasse to vote for President Buhari in the February 16 poll.
Osinbajo and Akeredolu made the appeal at the Palace of olufon of ifon as part of the house to house campaign of the Vice President to Ondo State.
Osinbajo noted that the election is very important for them to continue the good job started over three years ago.
The Vice President while explaining that corruption has eaten deep to the nation's economy in the last sixteen years of the PDP said the present administration has initiated rail projects, infrastructure, school Feeding program and other social investment program .
Governor Akeredolu in his remarks appreciated the Vice President's visit to the state. He appreciated the VP for the choice of the northern senatorial district of the state for the door to door campaign.
Akeredolu enjoined everyone to give Buhari and Osinbajo the necessary support come next month. On his part, the Olufon of Ifon ,Oba Isreal Adewusi lauded the Vice President for the visit and pledged their support for the re-election of the President.
