Kaduna State governor attends joint UN National Peace Committee. see photos

Governor Nasir Ahmad elrufai is attending the Joint UN-National Peace Committee (NPC) support to State level Peaceful 2019 Elections Dialogue in collaboration with INEC and the Kaduna State Peace Commission, holding at the Asaa Pyramid Hotel, Kaduna.

Governor Nasir Ahmad elrufai has reiterated the Kaduna State Government’s commitment to peaceful and issue based campaigns and also free and fair elections.

Mohamed Ibn Chambas, the UN Special Representative of the

Secretary-General for West Africa and the Sahel, and head of UNOWAS is also present at the Dialogue.

Elrufai has reportedly declared his full support for the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, come February 16.

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large. In due time, more reports will be brought to you following the unpleasant incident orchestrated by the heartless killers.
