Paul's brother, Mattias, has spoken on the rift between former manager, Jose Mourinho and United midfielder and France International, Paul Pogba, before the dismissal of the Portuguese coach.
It was so evident that the former United manager has been publicly known to be a critic of his players like Shaw, Martial and the Club's British record signing, Paul Pogba.
Mourinho, during his stint at United, referred to Pogba as "virus" meaning he has spread his bad behavior amidst players in the dressing room and on the pitch.
Mourinho and Pogba had a burst up at the Club's Training ground at Carington. This led to the manager's refusal to start Pogba in some important matches against other Premier league big guns like Arsenal and Liverpool.
The sour relationship between the player and manager has adversely affected the team spirit which led to United producing woeful results before the board's plan to dismiss the strong character manager on 18 December, 2018, after his team was thrashed 3-1 by table toppers, Liverpool, a defeat the Club last saw since 2011.
Mattias Pogba said "The problem was Mourinho, right down the line, in the locker room, outside the locker room...everything."
"From what we see of Mourinho, he always wants to be the maestro – the centre of attention."
It seems a new dawn era has evidently emerged following the appointment of Molde FK manager and former United forward, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, to sail the ship of the Club till the end of the season.
Pogba under new interim manager has scored four goals and three assists in four games, a stat more than Pogba's contribution under sacked manager, Mourinho.
The first four games of Solskjaer in charge, has been a bomb, with a great influx of attacking football, a tradition which the Club excites in , during the reign of the Legendary manager, Sir Alex Ferguson.
The team is said to be in good shape, with the allowance of expression given by the interim manager, Solskjaer.
