Court grants controversial Senator bail on health conditions.

Kogi State Senator, Dino Melaye, has been granted bail on health grounds, following his previous apprehension by the Police.

The Senator after his apprehension, fell sick, and was immediately rushed to the military hospital for proper treatment.



He was later transfered to another hospital for a better treatment at a specialist hospital.

Justice Yusuf Halilu, in his ruling has ordered Dino to produce three sureties including the Clark of the National Assembly who must produce a written undertaking to produce him in court.


Dino is expected to go his home and have some rest with good medical attentions in order to recover from his ill health.



The Senator is expected to return to court when he is fully fit as the Federal Government continues its investigations on the Senator's case.

Sad!!!! Corp member falls from moving commercial bus in Lagos.

At about 9:45pm on 15/04/19 a  corp member fell from a moving commercial bus (danfo) along LASU-ISHERI road Lagos.  He sustained severe head injury and was lying by the road side.  A few  eye witnessed at the scene of the incident assisted in driving him down to a nearby hospital at (Alimosho General hospital, Igando) where he was given first aid treatment. He was thereafter referred to LASUTH for further medical management that same night due to the nature of the injury he sustained. However, no one  has been unable to contact the relatives or friends. Mobile phone on him  can't be accessed (passworded) and has no means of identification on him.   We hope the young man recovers fast from the severe head injury sustained during the ugly incident.
