Chelsea Star is determined to leave as his agent pleads with the Club

Belgium and Chelsea goalkeeper keeper Thibuat Courtios is determined to leave the West London Club for his hometown in Madrid.

The goalkeeper now has one year left in his contract, he is valued for around £32m and he is not willing to stay at the Club because of his family that are in Madrid.

Chelsea also is not willing to talk to Real Madrid about his transfer until they get a replacement for the brilliant goalkeeper.

Thibaut's Agent, Christophe Henrotay has pleaded with the Club to accept Real Madrid offer for the goalkeeper.

Christophe said"I have been reading everywhere that Chelsea are saying it is up to Thibaut, but he has made it clear to the Club that the best option for him is to move to Madrid."

He also said"For him (Thibaut) this is a big decision because he wants to be near his family, and there is an offer in place for Chelsea to accept."

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has said he is unsure of the goalkeeper's future at the club but he is hoping to retain him (Thibaut).

Sarri said"At the moment Courtios is the goalkeeper of Chelsea," he made the statement ahead of the cracker between his Club and Manchester City at the Wembly.

He further stressed that"I don't know in the future. It depends on the Club, it depends especially on him (Thibaut). But I hope Courtios is our goalkeeper."

His agent denied that money is not the factor that has determined his desire to leave and further said he could as well be given an improved contract if a move is materialized this summer.

The Belgium goalkeeper was awarded the golden glove after stunning performance at the recent Fifa World Cup in Russia.
