Let's patronize Nigerian hospitals : Former President

Former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has implored Nigerians to always patronize Nigerian hospitals and he also discussed the discrepancy between the Hospital bills in Nigeria and the developed countries.

Olusegun said there is no distinction in quality of service rendered between the Nigerian and American hospitals and he said we will be prone to pay more money outside Nigeria to get the same quality of service.

He made this statement when he visited a hospital in Bayelsa state for medical check up. Obasanjo said"I paid #350000 ($1000) for all my medical procedures at the Bayelsa Diagnostic Centre.

"I would have paid between $20000-$25000 for the same quality of service in the USA."

He finally urged Nigerians to always patronize Nigerian hospitals. He said"I encourage all Nigerians to patronize Nigerian hospitals."

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large. In due time, more reports will be brought to you following the unpleasant incident orchestrated by the heartless killers.
