Manchester United offers take-it or leave-it fee to Tottenham for defender

Manchester United has given a take-it or leave-it offer in the pursuit of Tottenham want away star defender Toby Anderwiereld.

The North London Club has demanded a huge fee in a region of £50m as the defender is being deemed as surplus to requirement at the White hart Lane stadium.

The defender has rejected proposed moves to other clubs in order to move to United.

But it seems Tottenham is being heedless as regards the transfer fee and as the summer transfer window is going an undoubtful end a day after tomorrow.

Manchester United has now been advised to pursue the signing of Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng.
