Lai Muhammed assures the release of Dapchi girls and Leah Sharibu.

Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Muhammed, on Friday has assured the release of the abducted Dapchi girls and only Christian girl Leah Sharibu to their respective families.

Lai Muhammed led a three member Federal Government delegation Maiduguri, in Borno State and Dapchi girls in Yobe State, where he assured the family of the kidnapped Dapchi girl, Leah Sharibu, that the Federal Government will secure their release.

The general public have said the Federal Government is taking Leah Sharibu's release for granted because of religious difference as sharibu is known to be a Christian.

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large.
