APC Gubernatorial primary election winner shows gratitude to supporters for their immense support after his victory.

The All Progressive Congress gubernatorial primary winner, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has showed his gratitude towards the party faithful for their immense support as regards his victory over the incumbent Governor, Akinwumi Ambode.



In his (Sanwo-Olu) statement as regards his victory, he said "Thank you all, we sincerely appreciate all our party faithful for participating in the gubernatorial primary election in Lagos.

"I wish and hereby unreservedly express my gratitude to all our faithful members for the loyalty, commitment and determination to our great party by participating in the direct gubernatorial primary election in Lagos state on 2nd October, 2018.



"My sincere appreciation also goes to President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, and all the leaders of our great party for holding true tenets of Democracy.

"Most importantly, we are grateful to the members of the state chapter of our great party who voted me en-masse during the gubernatorial primary election and making me emerge as the flag bearer of our great party for the general election in 2019.



Sanwo-Olu finally said "We urge the entire members to remain focused and work assiduously towards the general election in 2019.

Sad!!!! Corp member falls from moving commercial bus in Lagos.

At about 9:45pm on 15/04/19 a  corp member fell from a moving commercial bus (danfo) along LASU-ISHERI road Lagos.  He sustained severe head injury and was lying by the road side.  A few  eye witnessed at the scene of the incident assisted in driving him down to a nearby hospital at (Alimosho General hospital, Igando) where he was given first aid treatment. He was thereafter referred to LASUTH for further medical management that same night due to the nature of the injury he sustained. However, no one  has been unable to contact the relatives or friends. Mobile phone on him  can't be accessed (passworded) and has no means of identification on him.   We hope the young man recovers fast from the severe head injury sustained during the ugly incident.
