Galant Troops repel Boko Haram Terrorists incursion into the Internally Displaced People Camp.

The troops have repelled Boko Haram terrorists incursion into the internally displaced people, IDP, camp.

It happened at about 3:30am this morning, when some elements of Boko Haram terrorists attempted to attack the Ngala IDP Camp in Borno State.

However, the gallant troops of 3 Battalion in Gamboru Ngala engaged and neutralized 3 of the terrorists.

While others escaped with gunshot wounds. The troops trailed the escaping Boko Haram terrorists and captured one of them with gunshot wounds.

Consequently, the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai has lauded the efforts and charged them to remain vigilant and ensure that the internally displaced people's Camps remain safe.

We hope the troops do a total overhauling of the Boko Haram terrorists so that peace can reign in the nation.
