Relief for Mourhino and United as Romelu Lukaku scores brace to beat Burnley.

It was an easy ride for Mourhino's men as Burnley fell to another defeat in front of their fans at Turf Moor.

The match started at 4pm as the home team used 4-4-2 formation with Chris Wood and  Men Mee leading the front line. Manchester United used 4-3-3 formation with United striker, Romelu Lukaku, and wingers, Alexis Sanchez and Jesse Lingard also leading the front line for the visitors.

United made two changes from the last defeat to Tottenham as Mourhino introduced Sanchez and Fellaini to the starting line up.

The match started with the home team Marshalling the possession but it was not so long when the possession coin was tossed in United's favour. Jesse Lingard has several shots on target to help the visitors take an early lead in the first ten minutes but he was wasteful in his quest to see the back of the net.

The possession possession coin tossed back to the home team. It was like that till the first half ended.

Alexis Sanchez was the first to be  booked for a bad  tackle in the first half. United took an early lead in 27th minute as Lukaku headed he a brilliant cross from United's No.7, Sanchez.

United had some beautiful crosses from United captain, Antonio Valencia, and in-form defender, Luke Shaw, but some of the crosses were intercepted Burnley defenders  and some were also wasted by the United forwards.

United extended the lead just few minutes before the end of the first half as Jesse Lingard intended curling the ball into the net but was blocked by a Burnley defender and the deflected ball went to Lukaku's direction and he immediately lashed the ball into the net to make it two.

The second half started with confidence from the visitors as they look stable at the early minutes of the second half. Substitutions were made by the home team as Striker, Sam Vokes was brought in to replace Jeff Hendrick and Marcus Rashford was also brought in for United Sanchez at 58th and 61st minutes respectively.

Alexis Sanchez was unhappy after he was substituted for Rashford but it was speculated that the change was for Sanchez to rest and get refreshed for the upcoming games.

Just few minutes after Rashford was brought in to play on the pitch, he was badly tackled Phil Bardsley at the 71st minute, this led to the striker (Rashford) going to hit head with Bardsley's head. The referee had to show Rashford a red card and Phil Bardsley was showed a yellow card as United was reduced to 10 men.

The reduction never affected United as the home team was  dominated by the visitors. Romelu Lukaku and Luke Shaw were also booked for some hard tackles. The final result went in favour of the visitors which really deserved the win.

United was awarded a penalty from a foul by Aaron Lemon on fellow England teammate, Rashford, in the visitors box. Paul Pogba took the penalty but it was brilliantly saved by Burnley goalkeeper, Joe Hart.

Lukaku had several chance to extend the lead towards the final minutes of the encounter but it was quite unfortunate.

Sam Vokes headed beautifully towards David De Gea but he saved it. The United goalkeeper was not really tested during the encounter as he had a clean sheet.

United Boss, Mourhino could not hide his happiness as he celebrated the final goal of the encounter.
