President Muhammadu Buhari has confirmed that the Mambilla hydroelectric power is a key priority for his administration.

Buhari today in Beijing said "The Mambilla hydroelectric power is a key priority for our administration.

"I asked for President Xi's support and intervention, for the project. Our hope is to fund it with Concessionary loans from China.

"I told President Xi that the Mambilla Hydroelectric Power Plant is Nigeria's equivalent of China's Three Gorges Dam, and that I look forward to him joining me for the groundbreaking ceremony in the not-too-distant future.

"I am fully committed to the realization of of this landmark project."

This is one of the infrastructural developments President Buhari is keen to accomplish in Nigeria as he is braced for second term in office.

SARS at it again: Police kills 20 year old lady and her friend in Ajegunle, Lagos State.

Truth to be told, the Nigerian Police seems to be erupting war instead of being an exemplary entity of peace. They have reportedly become a thorn to all and sundry flesh in Nigeria. A murder case of a young man, Kolade Johnson, which is still reportedly fresh and Young in the hands of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, another ugly scenario has also surfaced in Ajegunle, in Lagos State. It was reported the another Innocent youth, 20year old girl was shot dead by Police in Ajegunle while the boy that was with her was also shot & fighting for his life at the hospital. It was evidently reported the deceased did not commit any crime punishable under the law. This has come as a great threat to the peace of the nation at large. In due time, more reports will be brought to you following the unpleasant incident orchestrated by the heartless killers.
