United Legendary midfielder, Paul Scholes, has reportedly vacated his role at his new club Oldham Athletic.
Paul Scholes has left his role as Oldham boss after roughly a month and seven matches in charge of the club.
Scholes won his first game in charge at home against Yeovil town (4-1), before a home draw against Crewe Alexandre.
Two consecutive loses came, one in front of their home fans (1-2) against Morecambe, and the next, away from home to Bury (3-1), among other matches.
Seven matches played (1W, 3D, 3L). This is indeed a fair start to life at the club but he has eventually drawn the curtain on managing the club.
Paul Scholes said "I hoped to at the very least, see out my initial term of 18 months as the manager of a club I’ve supported all my life."
"But since I took on the role it unfortunately became clear that I would not be able to operate as I intended and was led to believe."
