Breaking News: Tribunal favors Adeleke of PDP in Osun State.

The Osun State Gubernatorial Election Tribunal has declared the PDP Guber Candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke, winner of the Election...Says, Supplementary Election, not known to law.

Ademola Adeleke of the PDP returned as Osun State governor by an election tribunal in Osun State, with APC's Gboyega Oyetola kicked out.

Osun Tribunal panel has a split decision. Two members (majority judgment) ruled in favour of PDP/Ademola; the chairman, Justice Ibrahim Sirajo (minority judgment), ruled in favour of APC/Oyetola.

Atiku said "Truly, the judiciary is the last hope of the common man and the defender of our democracy. Congratulations Sen. Ademola Adeleke."

Although the tribunal is not the final arbiter, the case will tested at the appeal court and the Supreme Court. Dakuku Peterside won at the Tribunal and the appeal court but Wike won at the Supreme Court. Mama Taraba won at the tribunal but lost out at the appeal court.

RECs who still have a bit of decency and credibility in them should stop collaborating with the Chairman who is receiving his orders directly from the Villa and the APC.

The Chairman of the Tribunal disagreed on the issue on 'non-compliance' and the 'nullification of the rerun'.

Sad!!!! Corp member falls from moving commercial bus in Lagos.

At about 9:45pm on 15/04/19 a corp member fell from a moving commercial bus (danfo) along LASU-ISHERI road Lagos. He sustained severe head injury and was lying by the road side. A few eye witnessed at the scene of the incident assisted in driving him down to a nearby hospital at (Alimosho General hospital, Igando) where he was given first aid treatment. He was thereafter referred to LASUTH for further medical management that same night due to the nature of the injury he sustained. However, no one has been unable to contact the relatives or friends. Mobile phone on him can't be accessed (passworded) and has no means of identification on him. We hope the young man recovers fast from the severe head injury sustained during the ugly incident.
