Nigeria has been faced with ugly situation of insurgency and the heartless killings in the hands of Fulani herdsmen. Moreover, several bombings, which have displaced people from their abode to live uncomfortably. Recently, over 140 soldiers were wasted in the course of serving their fatherland. The Farmers Association has debunked the claim the association has contributed a hundred thousand naira each to support the Presidency on his intention to go for a second term. It was released few weeks ago that the Farmer association has  contributed a hundred thousand naira each to fund President Buhari's 2019 Presidential campaign scheduled for February. It was reported that the huge impact of the incumbent President on the farmers has prompted them to donate such amount of money. Subsequently, the news about contribution of an amount of money is not valid. The association further said the farmers are not financially buoyant to contribute such exorbitant amount for the Presidency. The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, has paid a courtesy visit to the palace of the Hausa community leader[Sarkin Hausawa] of Agege, Alhaji Musa Muhammadu Dogonkadai. During his visit to the Hausa leader, Osinbajo urged Nigerians not fall for empty promises being made by desperate politicians ahead of the 2019 general elections. His visit has been predicted to be a house to house political evangelism of the ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC. The ruling party's opposition, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, seemed to be very prepared as Atiku has started revealing what he wants for Nigerians. They two strongholds are expected to work off their socks in the upcoming election scheduled for February 2019. The nationwide transport company, Uber Nige, Ebuka has reportedly carted away passenger's laptop computer as he never waited for the passenger to pack her things while highlighting from the Company's car. The passenger tried calling his line bought all to no avail as the driver failed to pick up the call and his line was switched off minutes after his refusal to pick up the passenger's call. The passenger immediately texted Uber but the transport company support replied that they could not locate the driver involved in such despicable act, leaving the passenger with no hope recovering his lost item. The customer revealed that he has previously perceived the driver was shady before he highlighted from the Company's car. The Uber car was a black Toyota Camry. It was reported earlier this morning that an Uber Nigeria driver, Ebuka, carted away a passenger's laptop computer and zoomed off not allowing the passenger to pack his things while highlighting from the Company's vehicle, a black Toyota Camry. It was also revealed several calls were made to get back the missing laptop computer but all to no avail as the failed to pick up the passenger's call and the same line was switched off minutes later. The passenger immediately wrote to the Company's support but the response was disheartening as the transport company failed to take responsibility for the unpleasant event. Fortunately, few hours ago, it has now been reported that the run away Uber driver has returned the missing laptop to the owner and has also apologized with immediate alacrity. A 27 year old ex-convict, Dauda Moruff, has been reportedly apprehended with a toy gun at his disposal. The criminal was caught at cement bus stop along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway in company of his friend in white singlet. After they have been caught, they were immediately transferred to the Special Anti robbery Squad, SARS, for further investigation of the robbery case. Moruff has once been imprisoned years back due to being accused of a criminal offence. Subsequently, he was released to integrate into the society, but it seems the ex-convict has committed another criminal offence punishable under the law. Moruff might not escape from the accusations as he might be charged to court after being detained by the Police.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Enugu Zonal Office, on Thursday, December 20, 2018, intercepted $2.8million (Two Million, Eight Hundred Thousand United State Dollars), from two people, suspected to be money launderers, at Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu. The suspects, namely Ighoh Augustine and Ezekwe Emmanuel, allegedly working for a company: Bankers Warehouse, were nabbed based on intelligence report. Upon their arrests, they were caught with consignments of two suitcases, containing $1.4 million each, totalling $2.8 million, at the departure lounge of the airport while about to board an Arik Air evening flight to Lagos. Many people have wailed as the bodies of passengers trapped under a truck were being retrieved in Lagos. This ugly incident happened on Wednesday afternoon,at Agunlejika bus stop along Oshodi-Apapa expressway by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency [LASEMA], and Police officers. The cause of the accident was not evidently confirmed by the Security Agencies that rescued the victims. The number of the victims was not also confirmed same as the survivors of the incident. Further investigations on the tragic scenario are ongoing and the security agencies are expected to give a detailed report of the incident. Drivers of vehicles have been advised to carefully drive so as to avoid untimely death as we approach the end of the year.

A lady whose name is Marian Aruna, has reportedly cried out for financial assistance on her dying brother, Abubakar Aruba, with severe kidney problem. Recently it was announced that  Civil servants of Ondo State was kidnapped by some despicable abductors has been released to their respective families.
