Our growing restaurant in VI is looking for a Restaurant. Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Recruiting, training and supervising
ā¢ Appraising staff performance and staff provide feedback
ā¢ Motivating staff to provide excellent.
ā¢ Overseeing stock levels customer service.
ā¢ Ordering supplies.
ā¢ Responding to customer complaints.
ā¢ Ensuring compliance with sanitation.
ā¢ Contributing new ideas on how to and safety regulations reach a broader audience.
ā¢ Controlling operational costs Managing the restaurant's good identifying measures to cut waste image and suggest ways to improve it
ā¢ Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Requirements:
ā¢ Experience working in the restaurant
ā¢ Food and beverage knowledge, with industry (both front and back of the ability to remember 8, recall house) ingredients ond dishes.
ā¢ Experience hiring and training staff.
ā¢ Secondary School diploma or Excellent interpersonal communication equivalent skills.
ā¢ Ability to work flexible hours.
ā¢ Strong organization and leadership skills Ability to develop creative ideas.
