Leadway Assurance Company Limited was founded in 1970 by Sir (Dr.) Hassan O. Odukale, (KJW, D.Sc., FCIIN). It has a chequered history of being a company with close attention to relationships, having started operations as a direct motor insurance company. 


Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers’ network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source. 

We are recruiting for an immediate employment to fill the position below: 

Job Title: Business Associate (Sales) 

Location: Lagos 

Responsibilities 

• Business Associates is a job for competent and versatile individuals with a super drive to succeed. 

• A job with minimum supervision and limitless opportunities for financial freedom. 

• A sale job that gives you the opportunity to grow your career. Qualifications 

• Interested candidates must be a graduate of any Discipline. 

• Minimum of one year sales experience 

• Must have passion for marketing /Sales 

• Good communication skills. 

• Drive to succeed 

• B.Sc, HND or OND qualifications. 

• Not younger than 25 years of age. Remuneration and Benefits 


• The role is primarily commission based but will get a basic allowance in addition to commission and performances based incentives every two weeks . 

• Career growth should be expected.

Governor tours several Local Government Areas to ensure peace and stability amid ongoing crisis

Kaduna Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-rufai has visited His Royal Highness, Dr. Danjuma Barde, the Sa-gbagyi, to thank  and commended him for leading without discrimination, and for being a true leader in the time of crisis.
