An elegant undergraduate of university of Calabar passes away.

Miss Rebecca Chukwueke, a two level student of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Calabar has fallen.

She was unconscious as at 9pm yesterday when she was rushed to the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) for check up/treatment.

The cause of the unconsciousness was not disclosed to the people who took her to the University Teaching Hospital.

however, all efforts to save this soul proved abortive as she was confirmed dead later on at exactly 12am today.

The entire management and students of the Federal institution have showed their grievances following the painful and shocking exit of the young lady.

They also commiserated with the family of the deceased and prayed such unpleasant occurrence will not surface in the family.

The beautiful angel is predicted to be in his early twenties.

Rebecca is expected to be buried later today at her parent's residence. Sleep on great malabress!

Sad!!!! Corp member falls from moving commercial bus in Lagos.

At about 9:45pm on 15/04/19 a corp member fell from a moving commercial bus (danfo) along LASU-ISHERI road Lagos. He sustained severe head injury and was lying by the road side. A few eye witnessed at the scene of the incident assisted in driving him down to a nearby hospital at (Alimosho General hospital, Igando) where he was given first aid treatment. He was thereafter referred to LASUTH for further medical management that same night due to the nature of the injury he sustained. However, no one has been unable to contact the relatives or friends. Mobile phone on him can't be accessed (passworded) and has no means of identification on him. We hope the young man recovers fast from the severe head injury sustained during the ugly incident.
