Napoli interested in a loan move for Manchester United outcast

Napoli President Aurelio De laurentiis has made his intention known  to the public that the club  is interested in a loan move for Manchester United outcast Matteo Darmian for the upcoming campaign with an option to buy him next summer.

De Laurentiis said "We have asked for Darmian on a loan with a right to sign next Summer."

His versatility has made him to be able to play as a right back, left back, right full back and left full back. He has also featured for Manchester United at those aforementioned positions.

The United defender started in a game on Saturday night which ended in a big defeat in the hands of their Arch rivals Liverpool.

Darmian was bought from Torino in 2015 summer transfer window for a whooping sum of £25m during the maiden season of former United Manager Louis Van gaal.

After the dismissal of Van gaal, the  versatile defender  has been finding it difficult to adapt to life in England.

On the appointment of former Chelsea manager Jose Mourhino, Darmian has found it difficult to earn the faith of his manger.

The defender has said that he wanted to play for more minutes and he would not mind returning to his country ( Italy).

Darmian said "I want to play more regularly, said the 28 year old. " Last season, I didn't play much. That's my objective and ambition. That's why I spoke with the manager and also with the club about my future."

He further said "I want to leave but we will see what happens because we don't know."
Manager Jose Mourhino has made his stance known that if the right offer comes , he can leave the club.
