Five reasons we have learnt from the super untimely exit from Fifa 2018 world cup

It is no news  that the Super eagles  have been untimely eliminated from the Russia Fifa 2018 world cup followed by a later super strike from an Argentina and  Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo at the 87th minute of the pressurized cracker between the Super eagles and Argentina late  yesterday in Russia.
The unfortunate exit has been narrowed to some possible reasons.
1.) Lack of passion: The super eagles as a team lacked enthusiasm to play with passion for Nigeria. Only very few of the Nigerian players have the passion for their dear country. The player don't care about the outcome of the games they played most especially at the first group game against Croatia.
2.) Inferiority complex: This has always been the case for some African countries at a big stage competition like the Fifa world where they believe that beating a bigger (European) countries is not possible so they tend not to worry themselves playing the best they could and this has in turn led to "lack of belief" on the side of the Super eagles against Croatia and during the first half game against the Argentines.
3.)Complacency: This is one of the major constraints in the sporting world where a team feels that they cannot do more than what they have been doing or they are satisfied with what they have done. This tends to prepare such a team for an inevitable failure. The Super eagles were complacent against the Croatians which led to the fist Fifa 2018 world cup defeat.
4.) Embrace the best : The calibre of players a coach takes to a big stage competition matters. I will say personally the best super eagles players were not taken to the world cup, players like the former goalkeeper Vincent Enyeamah was omitted from the world cup.
5.) Lack of experience: Only very few of the super eagles players had the experience of  playing at the world cup, many of them have not represented the country at a very big stage competition like the world cup. Most of the players don't know what it takes to play in the world cup.
