Fransica Ordega and Desire Oparanozie are among the 17 players invited for the Super Falcons friendly with France.
The eight-time champions of Africa will take on France in an international friendly scheduled for Friday, April 6.
The game between the Falcons and the French women team will hold at the Stade MMArena, Le Mans.
The encounter with France will be Head CoachThomas Dennerby’s first match against European opposition since he was unveiled as coach of the Super Falcons.
After a bronze medal at the WAFU Women’s Cup in Ivory Coast, Thomas Dennerby has extended an invitation to foreign-based players to prosecute the friendly against France.
Members of the Super Falcons team that emerged African champions in December 2016 make a return to the setup.
The 17-woman list includes Rita Chikwelu,Ngozi Okobi but a notable exemption is the absence of reigning African Women’s Player of the Year Asisat Oshoala who demanded more matches for the Super Falcons before the announcement of the friendly.
The Super Falcons are expected to depart for France on Tuesday, April 3 where the home-based contingent will be joined by their foreign counterparts.
